An awesome class for postnatal mamas, come and start your practice with a gentle but sometimes strong class that is based around poses that help strengthen your core and your pelvic floor, we also work on the neck and shoulders to relieve aches and pains that come from carrying and feeding baby. All this while your baby looks on in class and watches you do crazy shapes with your body! Come and join in a baby class that is actually just for the mama.
